Calm: Calendula, Lavender, Arnica flower

Hydrate: Hibiscus, Rose, Peppermint

Place each herb blend in a glass jar with 4 ounces of alcohol-free witch hazel. Infuse for a minimum of one week before straining. Enjoy often.
